I am Markus Lefkovits, a seasoned educational consultant and licensed mental health counselor working with children and adults with ADHD and/or learning disabilities. I am located in Bellevue, Washington just off highway 520. I offer evaluation, counseling, coaching and specialized tutoring in all major learning subjects. I have been in private practice since 1975 utilizing a pragmatic and common sense approach in my work.
The focus of coaching is to develop efficient methods of organization for completing assignments in a timely manner and to enhance positive self esteem. Specialized tutoring is design to develop proficiency in those academic skills currently lagging. At all times, parents are included in select aspects of the treatment process since a team effort gives the best result. Counseling is typically focused on issues related to depression and anxiety, frequently co-morbid with ADHD.
